On December 14, 2022, the Academy of Justice the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Commercial Law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: Contracts in the economy, Special credit work and Banking service work
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
