On December 14, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group is being given theoretical training under the module "Judgment and its types" with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the sentencing verdict and the drafting of the structured guilty verdict with all the elements that are necessary to contain it.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
