On February 27, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module “The role of the prosecutor in the judicial hearing phase”, delivered by the trainer Mr. Ilir Morina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
This training session is covering the following topics: the role of the prosecutor in the judicial hearing and the opening statement.
The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
