On May 17, 2023, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Enhancing social skills of judges", with the trainer engaged, professor Fatmir Qollakaj trainer at the Academy of Justice.
Within this session, the topics being addressed are: health protection and improvement of the quality of work and life, the impact of stress at work and stress management.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges of the generation, one of them is from the Bosnian community.
