On May 22, 2023, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "building social skills and stress management", with the trainer engaged, Fatmir Qollakaj, trainer at the Academy of Justice.
Within this session, the topics being addressed are: the importance of motivation needs, motivators in the work process, the motive for society, social psychology and criminality, the psychosocial sources of criminality, criminality as a social phenomenon and the criminogenic features of the wider social community.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
