On May 16, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of decisions and accusatory acts", with the trainer engaged Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal.
Within this session, the following topics are being addressed: legal writing, the importance and quality of legal writing, the ability to write and the compilation of professional, substantive and persuasive acts.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
