On May 23, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out theoretical training under the module "Social skills development and stress management", held by Prof. Fatmir Qollakaj trainer at the Academy of Justice.
This training session is covering the following: Time management as a prerequisite for stress management, positive influencing elements and negative degenerating factors in society and in the work environment, especially those related to stress and various stressors.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
