June 20, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Mediation in Civil Matters" held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court.
This training session is addressing: the role and importance of the Judge in the development of mediation, the nature of civil cases that can be resolved through mediation, mandatory mediation, the right to initiate the mediation procedure and the judge's responsibilities regarding the Mediation agreement, and the effects achieved through mediation.
The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
