On September 7, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on Criminal Code - special part, held by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
This session is elaborating on the following: pollution and degradation or emissions of the environment, illegal permission to build or run factories and installations that pollute the environment, providing veterinary aid in an unconscionable way, illegal exercise of veterinary services and mistreatment of animals, and the pollution of animal food and water and the destruction and deforestation.
The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
