On September 11, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", held by the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.
Today’s session is elaborating on the following: obstructing an official in the performance of official duties, assaulting an official, participating in a crowd that commits a criminal offense and hooliganism, removing or damaging official seals or signs, false presentation as a person official, self-judgment, illegal provision of legal aid, damage to graves or corpses.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
