On July 5th 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on “Parties and their representation in the proceeding”.
This training session will elaborate on the following: parties, procedural capacities and capability to be a party in the proceeding, party representative (legal representative, representative of legal entity and representative with prosecutors), provisional representative, legitimacy of the parties in the proceeding (active and passive legitimacy).
Representatives of this training are: judges of basic courts.
