On October 17, 2023, the Academy of Justice, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module measures of the presence of the defendant in the criminal procedure, held by the trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Appeals Court.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: house arrest, diversion and detention.
The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
