On October 05-06 2017, Academy of Justice organizes a Specialized Training on Capacity Development for Combating Corruption – Session II.
This training will cover the following: Forensic analysis, use of relevant remedies for combating corruption for access to financial data; Analysis of high risk transactions; Interviews and preparation for hearing; Use of relevant institution’s remedies in combating corruptions in access to financial records; high risk transaction analysis; interviewing techniques and the challenges; interviewing potential witnesses; interviewing potential objectives; ordering evidence; potential arguments of the defense and challenges in trial.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court, Prosecutors of Basic instance, the Appeals Prosecution and the Special prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, Police Officers – The anti-corruption Departments, and Custom Officials.
