On October 11th 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on the topic of preliminary review of the lawsuit and preparation for the main trial.
This training will present on the following: Lawsuit and its content, Provisions of the Law on Contested Procedure, preliminary review of the lawsuit, court actions and decisions in the preliminary review of the indictment, types of decisions in this stage of the procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of basic instance courts.
