On October 12th 2017, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ is organizing the second workshop on “Gender equality in judicial proceeding – analysis of court judgments”.
This workshop will elaborate on the following: introduction of the court decisions analysis; introduction of the findings and recommendations. Open discussion about the needs for preparing a manual/ handbook with samples of court rulings and judgments, and at the end of this workshop conclusions and recommendations will be provided.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges, prosecutors, representatives from the Ombudsperson Institutions, representatives of the Agency for Gender Equality, as well as representatives of the Law Faculty.
