On October 18 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on “Court decisions and legal reasoning (minor offence area)”.
This training will elaborate on the following: court decisions and legal reasoning, ways for drafting the decisions, with particular emphasis on the dispositive and the legal reasoning parts, regular timelines and ways of proper treatment of the decision and parties involved in the procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the basic instance – minor offences division.
