On 17-18 November 2017, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ will organize a roundtable discussion on: “Handling of dilemmas regarding administrative conflict”.
During this roundtable will be presented: dealing with dilemmas presented in practice during the application of legal provisions of the Law on Administrative Conflicts, actual practical matters and the need to harmonize material laws with the Law on Administrative Conflicts, as well as final proposals to supplement the current law on administrative conflicts.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from Administrative Department of the Basic Court in Prishtina, Judges from Administrative Department of the Appeal Court, Kosovo Supreme.
