On 22 November 2017, the Academy of Justice organizes training on: “Initiation of investigations and criminal procedure”.
Within this training will be presented: Decision to initiate investigations, legal terms for conducting investigations, and state prosecutor authorities after initiation investigations, extension, suspension and termination of investigations, filing of indictment.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Prosecutors and judges of the basic instance.
