During September 13-14 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNICEF is conducting a training on Protection of the rights of children in marital – family disputes.
This training will elaborate on the following: principles for protection of the children rights according to national and international legislation, criteria taken into account by courts in cases of entrusting the children, principles for setting the alimony, active role the court shall have in these cases/ disputes, and the international children abduction in civil cases - the procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Basic Courts, civil division from all regions of Kosovo.
