During September 24-25, the AJ within its theoretical training component for newly appointed prosecutors is delivering training from the module on Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module “Exercise of legal remedies by the prosecutor”.
This module will provide in-depth knowledge on legal remedies that prosecutors exercise in general, legal remedies available in the investigation stage, against decisions of the pre-trial procedure judge, and remedies available in the preparatory procedure. The Appeal against judgments and decisions of the first instance, and utilization of the extraordinary legal remedies.
