During October 10 and 11 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges is delivering a two-days training sessions under the module “Personal and inter-disciplinary skills”, the sub-module “Reasoning of the judicial decisions”.
Topics covered in this training are: reasoning of the prepared writs, increasing capacities for legal writing, structure of acts, methods of legal reasoning, etc.
