October 17th 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNICEF is conducting a training on “Measures for ensuring presence of the juvenile in the criminal procedure”.
This training is presenting on the following: types of measures for ensuring presence of the juvenile in the proceeding, cases when the court sets the detention center for the juvenile, legal terms that shall be met in cases when setting these types of measures.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors from the juvenile departments.
