On January 20, 2011 a refreshing training was organized for the trainers of the second generation of ILEP III, during which the trainers were informed about: the most successful training methods based on professional preparation and the needs of the candidates to learn, Learning Objectives/the importance of the practical implementation, drafting of modules, the drafting and the evaluation of the exams during the trainings etc.
During this training the main focus was the implementation of the modern training methodology which intertwines with the theoretical and practical aspect and the schedule of the trainings which are considered as important issues for the proper functioning of this training which is consideredthat is of highly standards.
