On October 24 2018, Academy of Justice organizes training on the Industrial property law trademarks.
This training will present of the following: trademarks as identifier of the source – types: individual, collective, quality, reserved, defensive, trademarks according to the scope of distinction – types: imaginary, suggestive, descriptive, generic, conditions for registering a trademarks and legal protection that they enjoy, the rights and obligations of the owners of the trademarks, judicial protection and procedure for protection of the trademarks, criteria for assessing breach of the trademark.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the commercial department, and judges and prosecutors of the criminal law area.
