On November 12th 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNICEF and OFAP are organizing the training on “Strengthening alternative care of the family housing system to respond to the needs of children without parental care”.
This training will present on the following: cooperation of social services with the courts for children; Convention and national legislation in the area of abandoning and forms of protection; removal of the parental rights, cooperation of the court with other institutions in this procedure; adoption as form of protection of children without parental care; discussion related to completion of the file and detailed reports for the judicial process.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges from the basic instance – civil division.
