On November 13 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing a training on “Preliminary review of the lawsuit”.
This training will present on the following: lawsuit and its content; legal provisions of the Law on Contested Procedure, on the preliminary review of the lawsuit, actions and decision of the court in the preliminary review of the lawsuit; types of decisions in this stage.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges of the basic courts and professional associates.
