On November 15 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ is conducting a training on “Measures for ensuring presence of the defendant in criminal proceeding”.
This training will present on the following: legal basis – requirements for setting measures to ensure presence of the defendant in the proceeding; detention and reasoning of the judgment to set detention, detention and other measures in relation to the human rights and liberties.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges of the basic and the appeals instance, prosecutors of the basic, the appeals and of the Special prosecution of the republic of Kosovo.
