On November 20th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (Generation VII) is conducting training from the module on “Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module “Initial hearing, second Hearing and the judicial review”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: 1) Judicial hearing, 2) public nature of the judicial hearing, 3) prerequisites for holding a judicial hearing, 4) postponing, ceasing and time of completing the judicial hearing, and 5) minutes of the judicial hearing, etc.
