On November 23rd 2018, Academy of Justice within its trainings provided for the administrative staff of the judicial and prosecutorial system, is organizing a training on “Resolution of issues and conflicts”.
Purpose of this training is to reach good management and avoiding possible conflict situations, which negatively interfere to services of the administrative officials in relation to judges and prosecutors, as well as with parties and other entities.
This training will elaborate on conflicts and theoretical definition, issues and other obstacles at work, human relations and collegial relations at work, formal mandate and individual responsibility towards the working environment, as well as precaution and protection from mobbing.
Beneficiaries of this training are administrative staff of the judiciary and prosecution.
