On November 27 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ is conducting a training on “Criminal procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders”.
This training will present on the following: distinctions of the proceeding when involving mentally disordered perpetrators; detention for persons with mental disorders; implementing psychiatric examination; mandatory psychiatric treatment in custody in mental health care institutions and in liberty.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges and prosecutors of the basic and the appeals insance.
