On December 11 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting a training from the Module on “Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module “Role of the Prosecutor in judicial hearing”.
Topics that will be discussed are: 1) role of the prosecutor during the initial hearing; Role of the prosecutor in the second hearing; 3) Role of the prosecutors in the judicial hearing, exercises, practical cases, etc.
