On December 11 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting a training under the Module “Personal and inter-disciplinary skills”, the sub0module “Reasoning of decisions, accusatory acts”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: principles of legal writing; b) use of the IRAC method, c) identification of the cause, problem; d) analysis of the norm, etc.
