On December 20th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is conducting training under the module “The Civil, Administrative and Economic Laws”, the sub-module “Enforcement Procedure”.
Topics to be covered are: a) Legal remedies, notion and purpose; b) Legal remedies against the enforcement order; Guarantees for complaints regarding the objection of the enforcement ruling. etc.
