On January 10th 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is conducting training from the module on “Criminal Code” the sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”.
Topic that will be covered in this training are: 1) place where the crime is committed; 2) importance of setting the crime scene; 3) crime scene of crimes committed in cooperation; 4) crime scene of crimes remaining in attempt, 5) time of crime perpetration; 6) time of action and not taking actions, etc.
