On January 14th 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) is conducting a training from the Module on “Personal and soft skills”, the sub-module “Case Management”.
Topics to be covered in this training are: a) understanding and importance of planning; b) managing the objective-based planning; c) planning of investigation by prosecutor, d) content of the investigation plan, e) closure of investigation and its assessment by the prosecutor; f) planning of individual measures, etc.
