On January 17th 2019, Academy of Justice is delivering training on “Measures to ensure presence of the defendant in criminal proceedings”.
This training will present on the following: the summon, arrest warrant; assurance of the defendant that s/he will not leave the country, prohibition to approach the particular place or person, attendance at the police station, bail, house arrest, diversion and detention on remand.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of all instances.
