On January 24 2019, Academy of Justice in its Initial Training Program is delivering training for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) from the Module on “Criminal Code”, i.e. the sub-module “Criminal Code- general part”.
Topics covered in this training are: notion, function and the criminal sanctions system; 2) types of criminal sanctions; 3) elements of punishment; 4) alternative punishment; 5) conditional sentences; 6) sentence measurement; 7) recidivism; 8) mandatory treatment measures, etc.
