During January 28, 29 and 30 of 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial training program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is organizing the training from the Module on “Legislation and additional skills”, the sub-module “Trial advocacy skills”.
Aspects to be covered in this practical training are: 1) the opening statement; 2) structure of the opening statement; 3) drawing attention in the opening statement; 4) direct examination; 5) negative and hostile witnesses; 6) presentation of the uncontested facts; 7) cross examination; 8) impeachment; 9) re-examinations; 10) closing statement, etc.
