On January 29th 2019, Academy of Justice in cooperation with USAID is conducting training on the Property Right - Case law of the European Court of Human Rights.
This training will present the following: Introduction to Article 1 Protocol 1: three rules of the Article, ways of assessing violations by the Court; Continuation of the first session: admissibility of the claim; Wealth and legitimate expectations; Interventions in peaceful enjoyment of wealth Proportionality and achievement of fair balance; Regional issues: cases from Western Balkan countries, focus on cases of expropriation and property restitution.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges and professional associates from the Civil division from the Prishtina region.
