On February 19th 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting training on the Module of the Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module: Measures to ensure presence of the defendant in the proceeding.
Topics to be elaborated in this training are: Prohibiting a person to approach a certain place; prohibiting a person to approach certain person; obligation of the defendant to appear in the closest police station, identification of cases when these measures shall be imposed; implementation of the CPCRK provisions accurately when imposing these measures, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), 2018-2019.
