On March 14th 2019, Academy of Justice within the trainings provided for free professions and with the support of UNDP is organizing training dedicated to the officials of the Free Legal Aid Agency on the aforementioned topic.
Issues that will be addressed during this training are mainly related to the legal framework in national and international level, forms of occurrence of domestic violence, protection order, conditions for setting the protection order and measures to prevent the violence. This training will also tackle matters pertaining to judicial procedure, court decisions, enforcement of the protection order and consequences for violating the protection order, as well as discussion of practical cases in the Free Legal Aid Agency.
