On march 14 2019, Academy of Justice organizes training on “Joint property of spouses and its apportioning”.
This training will elaborate on the following: Joint property and separate property of spouses, apportioning of the joint property of spouses; property acquired during factual joint (extramarital) living; proving contribution of spouses in creation of the joint property; administration of joint property.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the basic courts and professional associates.
