On March 28-29 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) conducted two training sessions from the Module of the “Criminal procedure Code”, respectively the sub-module on “Negotiation of the plea bargaining agreement”.
Topics to be elaborated in these sessions are as below: how to negotiate a plea bargaining agreement, position of the injured party, recommendation of the punishment; presentation of the plea bargaining agreement in court, judicial hearing according to the plea bargaining agreement, legal systems that apply this institute, etc.
Beneficiaries of the training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
