On April 2nd 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is organizing a training on “Commencing and correct conduct of the minor offence proceeding, and evidence processing in the minor offence procedure”.
This training will elaborate on the following aspects: presentation of the summary data related to commencement and development of the minor offence procedure; Conditions for determining minor offences and the minor offence sanctions; Minor offence responsibility and special minor offence measures; Procedure for juveniles; Court actions after receipt of the request for initiation of the minor offence procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the minor offence divisions in Basic Courts.
