On April 16 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program (CTP) is organizing training on Criminal procedure against juveniles.
This training will present on the following: principle of opportunity; preparatory procedure for juveniles; features of the criminal procedure involving juveniles; constituency of the panel of judges for juveniles and the main hearing.
Purpose of this training is to respond to questions that relate to these matters analyzing and clarifying legal provisions that regulate the area. Also it will elaborate practical issues through discussions and studying of hypothetical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of the juvenile’s departments from all instances.
