On April 18-19 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (Generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on “The Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module on: “Contested Procedure – second part”.
Topic that will be elaborated in these trainings are as below: proving remedies, burden of proof, witnesses, experts, litigation and joint litigation, participation of the third person in contested procedure, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
