April 25 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training on the Module of “Criminal Procedure Code”, i.e. the sub-module “Procedural expenses and property claims”.
Issues that will be elaborated are: judgement for expenses of the procedure, payment of expenses based on the liability of the person that has caused them, compensation and necessary expenses of the defense or the authorized person, filing the proposal for property claims, decision on proposals for property claims, returning property to the damaged party, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI), 2017-2018.
