On May 23-24 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program (generation VII) will conduct two training sessions from the following module: Civil, administrative and commercial laws, the sub-module “Administrative law”.
Topics that will be covered are as below: lawsuit in administrative dispute, preliminary procedure in administrative dispute, main hearing session in administrative dispute, judgment in administrative procedure, legal remedies in administrative disputes, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
