June 3 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP) is organizing training on Expropriation and setting the compensation.
This training will cover the following: legal conditions for expropriation; expropriation procedure in cases when the expropriation entity is the Government or Municipality; preliminary decisions and final decisions for expropriation and legal remedies; ways and criteria to set the compensation rate in cases of expropriation.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court, and representatives of the Ministry of Finance who handle compensation procedures within the expropriating entity, as well as the court’s legal associates.
