May 30-31 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training session from the module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Law on Inheritance”.
Topics to be elaborated in this training are: inheritance based on law, indispensable part of inheritance, transaction between the living members, lines of inheritance, separation of the household items, inheritance based on the will, unworthiness and exemption of the necessary heirs, opening of the will and its division, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
